Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Our policy regarding refunds, cancellations, and returns for digital goods.

1. Nature of Digital Goods
GameTrade is a marketplace for digital goods including game accounts, in-game items, virtual currencies, and digital credentials. Due to the nature of digital goods, they generally cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense once delivered and accessed by the buyer.
2. When Refunds Are Possible
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
• The seller failed to deliver the goods within the agreed timeframe
• The goods delivered do not match the listing description
• The seller provided invalid or non-functioning credentials/items
• A technical error on the platform prevented proper delivery
• The seller engaged in fraudulent activity
3. When Refunds Are Not Possible
Refunds are generally not available in the following cases:
• The buyer has already activated/used the delivered account or credentials
• The buyer confirmed receipt of goods through the platform
• The dispute was resolved in favor of the seller
• The buyer's claim cannot be substantiated with evidence
• More than 14 days have passed since delivery confirmation
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
1. Open a dispute from your order page before confirming receipt
2. Provide detailed description of the issue
3. Include any relevant evidence (screenshots, error messages)
4. Our support team will review your case within 48 hours
Alternatively, contact our support team through the ticket system.
5. Investigation and Decision
Our team investigates each refund request by reviewing transaction records, chat messages between buyer and seller, and any evidence provided by both parties. Decisions are made based on the platform rules and these refund policies. The platform's decision regarding escrow funds is binding.
6. Refund Method and Timeframes
Approved refunds are credited to your GameTrade wallet balance. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of the decision. For cryptocurrency payments, refunds are made in platform wallet balance (ILS equivalent), not in the original cryptocurrency.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled under the following conditions:
• Before payment: either party can cancel freely
• After payment, before delivery: buyer can cancel and receive a full refund
• After delivery: cancellation is subject to the dispute resolution process
Sellers may cancel an order at any time before delivery, in which case the buyer receives a full refund.
8. Platform's Role
GameTrade acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. The platform facilitates transactions through its escrow system but does not own or inspect the goods being sold.
