GameTrade is an online marketplace that enables users to buy and sell digital goods related to gaming, including but not limited to game accounts, in-game items, virtual currencies, boosting services, and digital credentials. The platform acts as an intermediary and provides an escrow system to facilitate secure transactions between buyers and sellers.

To use the platform, you must register an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to register. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Buyers agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable platform fees. Payment is processed through the platform's escrow system. Buyers must confirm receipt of goods promptly upon delivery. If goods are not received or not as described, buyers may open a dispute within the timeframe specified on the order page. Failure to confirm receipt or open a dispute within the specified period may result in automatic release of funds to the seller.

Sellers must provide accurate and complete descriptions of the goods they list. Sellers must deliver goods as described within the agreed timeframe. Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to sell the listed items. Sellers agree to the platform's commission structure as detailed on the Fees page. Misrepresentation of goods, failure to deliver, or fraudulent activity will result in account suspension or termination.

The following are strictly prohibited on the platform: • Listing or selling stolen accounts, hacked items, or illegally obtained goods • Selling items that violate the terms of service of the game publisher • Attempting to conduct transactions outside the platform • Sharing external contact information (Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, etc.) to circumvent the platform • Posting false, misleading, or fraudulent listings • Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior toward other users • Creating multiple accounts to manipulate reviews or ratings • Any activity that violates applicable laws of the State of Israel

The platform charges a commission on completed sales as detailed on our Fees page. All fees are disclosed before a transaction is finalized. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers, including cryptocurrency payment gateways. Wallet balances can be withdrawn subject to minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times as specified on the withdrawal page. The platform reserves the right to modify its fee structure with at least 30 days' notice to users.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the platform are owned by or licensed to GameTrade. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without prior written consent. Users retain ownership of content they create (listings, reviews) but grant GameTrade a non-exclusive license to display and distribute such content on the platform.

In case of a dispute between buyer and seller, either party may open a dispute through the platform's dispute resolution system. The platform will review evidence from both parties and render a decision. The platform's decision regarding escrow funds is binding. For disputes not related to specific transactions, users may contact our support team. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Israeli consumer protection laws.

GameTrade acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers. We do not own, inspect, or guarantee the quality of goods listed by sellers. Our liability is limited to the escrow amount of the relevant transaction. GameTrade is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform. The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, any remaining wallet balance will be handled in accordance with our Refund and Cancellation Policy. Obligations arising before termination (pending transactions, disputes) survive account closure.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any legal dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
